Atlântico Engenharia, under the premise and commitment to maintain the highest levels of professional and ethical standards in conducting its business, has instituted its Code of Conduct, which guides and explains the expected posture of all employees regarding relationships within the company, with public and private agents, as well as with civil society in general; the anti-corruption conduct to be respected; the reporting channel and the penalties to be applied in the event of non-compliance with this code.
Today, more than ever, the dissemination of an organization's non-negotiable ethical and postural values must be encouraged and implemented, since the development and growth of a company in this 21st century will no longer support any type of subversion of the values of integrity, transparency, honesty and ethics.

In this context, the formalization of ethical and conduct commitments is of utmost importance, therefore, so that all employees align themselves with the organizational culture of integrity that already exists within the company, as well as knowing how to act in the face of the various situations that arise in everyday life, reducing the risks of subjective interpretations regarding moral and ethical aspects.
Considering Atlântico Engenharia's line of business and its constant interactions with the government, the Code of Conduct will be based, especially, among others, on combating corruption in any of its forms.
We are convinced that our survival, development and continuity depend on our commitment to ethical standards of conduct. Thus, it is with honor that Atlântico Engenharia publishes its Code of Conduct, which will guide the actions to be taken within the company and in the relationships arising from its business.
